Projects

Fundación Lonxanet fosters projects promoting the fishermen’s interaction with each other and with society. The aim is to increase social and economic capital in the communities, offering them the tools to generate changes, or adapt to them, and consolidate the key role of artisanal fishermen as co-managers of marine resources. To reach its goal, the initiatives implemented by Fundación Lonxanet are strongly related with marketing and empowerment, heritage and culture, and the creation and strengthening of networks.
